My passion lies in solving complex tracking queries and exploring new ways to reduce customer drop-off and pain-points on websites.
I’ve learned that enhancing users’ online browsing experiences leads to better checkout completion rates and fewer cart abandonments. By refining the customer checkout journey leads to improved online growth and increases business bottom-line metrics.
With my love of data, coupled with my newfound interest in e-commerce sales forecasting, I’ve learnt to look beyond traditional analytics. I can now set performance benchmarks from the outset and scale advertising to achieve higher returns on marketing investments.

Responsible for improving GA4 data accuracy and collecting more enhanced insights to identify customer drop-off points across key user journeys, including registration, login, and account recovery.
These new insights and recommendations are used to inform strategies to improve the customer browsing experience and personalisation from promotions, content and game recommendations.
Career highlights:
Successfully audited complex data integrations across sports, bingo, and casino brands. Revamped and created visually appealing LookerStudio dashboards to analyse behaviour insights, including forecasted deposit revenue losses from customer drop-offs.
For 2024, x2 major casino brands have experienced a combined estimated revenue loss of £43.07M+, caused by customer journey issues ranging from new registrations to login failures and successful account recoveries for forgotten password/username.
Recommended solutions to enhance customer experience needed to scale advertising in order to drive higher returns on marketing investments.

Summary:
Initially joined as a CRO Executive responsible for managing a portfolio of CRO clients and drive optimisation strategies that improved revenue, increased transaction volume and Average Order Value (AOV).
The role involved using data tools (incl Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Google Surveys) and user research to develop optimisation strategies by analysing conversion funnels and recommend website improvements across mobile and desktop to improve conversion rates and key KPIs.
Later, the business expanded my responsibilities beyond clients signed up for CRO services, tasking me with implementing GA4 and checkout improvement recommendations for all clients on the platform where transactions exceeded £1 billion.

GA3 to GA4 Migration
My expertise in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics played a crucial role in the successful migration of all clients on the platform from GA3 to GA4, a full year ahead of Google’s global rollout deadline. This involved leading Phase 1, 2, and 3 GA4 migration efforts and developing technical custom specifications for both GTM (dataLayer) and gtag.js integrations.
This accomplishment involved beating the timelines of competitor platforms, like Shopify, by offering retailers enhanced tracking functionalities and insights as built-in features without additional development costs or the need for premium plugins. These tracking events included purchase, begin checkout, payment method, shipping tier, login, sign up, website errors, and more.
After successfully implementing website error tracking, the resulting reports significantly improved the online shopping experience by pinpointing errors triggered by users.These included issues with checkout and user input fields, such as incorrect email addresses, password fields, telephone numbers, delivery information, etc.
This immediately provided context for understanding customer drop-offs and enabled all retailers on the platform to improve the checkout journey by running experiments (A/B tests), thereby increasing checkout completion rates and revenue.
Nominated for and won the ‘Innovation Award’ 2024.

As a Senior Technical Google Analytics Specialist, I was responsible for implementing enhanced eCommerce tracking to monitor customer online deposits and accurately attribute registrations and FTDs to the correct marketing channels.
